Specifically MerFins are NOT to be used inside any full length leg enclosed mermaid tails.

Mahina recommends that full length leg enclosed mermaid tail costumes should only be used by certified professionally trained water persons, who are 18 years and older. Mahina therefore offers the MerLeg swim tights.These allow your child to complete the mermaid look without risking binding their legs together up to the waist. They offer a safe and practical way to experience mermaiding.
